That was replaced by the K-1000 (?) and is used for turning sewer rods.

I saw that on Ebay.
Any idea what the tool in the #2 pic is? The red one all they to the right.
I'm guessing some kind of cable guide.

All Clear could have made some money with it the other day.Only if it was self-propelled to make it down that little tree covered path :D

That's where it's transmission comes in.

I was wondering about that red V-shaped tool as well. I think it must attach to the frame right below the motor and is indeed a cable guide.

The KOHLER generator is almost an antique. Powered by the little cast iron K90 or K91 engine and running at 1800 rather than 3600 RPM it would put out 1500 Watts and not make much noise. The drain cleaner looks to me like a modified K-75 or maybe K-1500, but my bet is it's a K-75 with 1/2 HP motor. It may well be a model before them. That old generator would have one tuff time with a K-1500 and 3/4 HP motor starting it up.
K-75 info: http://www.ridgid.com/Tools/K75-Sectional-Machine/EN/index.htm
UPDATE: I messed up. That generator has to be turning at 3600 RPM as a K91 at 1800 on a generator can only do about 1000 Watts and the K90 before it about 800 Watts. The K91 was rated at 4.0 HP at 4000 RPM max and 3.8 at 3600 RPM. I have some old Kohler engine info here. At 1800 RPM it's rated about 2.1 HP.
