I totally forgot that today was the day for this event until it was all over. Bad Woussko, BAD dog.

Did anyone make it?

Don, the engineer from the threading group was there, and said the weather and turnout were very good.

Any of the guys from the woodworking tools part of Ridgid have any plans for doing road shows? I mean...I love a good threader and there's always something sexy about a sectional...but I want to meet the guys that are working on the woodworking tools!! I don't know anything about the sectionals (although I'll be learning more), but I'm very interested in the new band saw and other woodworking tools from Ridgid.

I'm glad things went well and yes the weather was pretty nice. I had in my mind the event was today, Friday only to find it was Thursday. Maybe sometime I will make it to one of the shows.

I do hope that GearJunkie and Plumberscrack made it to this show.

Sandy, I'm going to keep my eyes and ears open for good woodworking shows in the regional area. I still need to get you over to SKARIE, Inc. in Baltimore sometime and have you prowl around the place when one of their old timer sales men is there. You would be going totally wild when you saw all the goodies. The woodworking show at the MD state fair grounds is pretty good. Needless to say Black & Decker - DeWalt - Delta - Porter-Cable take much of the show as it's near their headquarters, but there are many other good displays including factory reps and dealers. I bet show you go to in Northern, VA is a good one too.

Sorry we missed you, Woussko. It was a lot of fun. Looked like rain for a bit but the weather was perfect (well, a little warm.) Aaron made it. Great to see him. Next show is in Philly on the 11th. Big shows for the woodworking tools are the Builder Show, regional woodworking shows, and Depot events.
