Ibought a tp1300 about a month agao ran about 10bf of cherry through it now it leaves about 3inches of snipe on the left side of the board but only on the left side about half of the width of the board ,it dosent matter if i hold up on the in feed or out feed table or set the depth to just barley cutting is there somthing i can do or just take it back and get a real planer.

You need to check your infeed/outfeed tables. Since you are getting snipe on on side of a board and not the other, I suspect that they are not adjusted properly.
