I`ve got a few things I`d like to ask her ;)

There is a link on the forum home page for all of the forum leaders. Renee is listed for drain cleaning and there is a link to PM her and a link to email her. I would say either of those two methods would be the fastest way to get her attention.

All the Ridgid folks visit the forum to see what we're talking about. After all, we are their R&D dept. Chances are your thread will be read if you post it for the rest of us. Renee, the drain cleaning product manager, probably won't read it since she figures you're whining about brushes or how ridgid cable sucks or something else. LOL just kidding Sensitive Steve.

I just had an Idea on the feeder tube on the K-7500 for her to think over.
I think they are made out of 095 wall mild steal and was wondering if they ever thought about using 125 wall Chrome Molly?
Might make em last a little longer for us guys that only do one sewer a day :killingme:

That would be a large monetary upgrade to pay for the tooling to make it.
You don't have to change any tooling. We use it in our roll cages and we use the same dies to bend it as we do the 095 wall.

or i can keep them there and matt and i can go get pedicures and shop at nordstroms.
