Forum Upgraded

I ran a minor upgrade on the forum this morning that should fix a few of the bugs you may have experienced. It should also help out with performance.

There is a new bug as of this evening at my end. Everything related to PMs is now in EsPanol rather than the normal English. I don't see a way to change it back. Has anyone else noticed this happening? Is there a language selector just for PMs? If not it's OK as I think I can find my way around. I really need to learn more Spanish. Anymore I get sick of having to call out "Me No Habla EsPanol." Por Favor, English"
