If anyone wants to post pics of their work truck, please feel free to share in this thread.
I know there is an older, similar truck thread in the drain-cleaning discussion, but I want to keep this thread picture oriented.

My wife is a sales rep for a wholesale wine distributor, those are leftover sample boxes, they make great work bins.

The 3500 is a damn nice work truck. You made the right choice
Where's your divider between the cab?
Where's your pipe rack?
Where's your area code?
Where's all your stuff?!!
Here's the most recent picture of my 3500 taken shortly after a stray bullet from a 9 mill found it

Before I noticed you were in DC, I figured you were in Chicago.

Don't have on yet.
Where's your pipe rack?
Don't have one, I have all the pipe I need for service repairs loaded in a 6" 10' long tube thats hard to see in the pics. If I need a lot of pipe for a sewer or repipe, I have it delivered.
Where's your area code?
Don't need one, I am in a territory with a HUGE area code, anyone out of that area code won't be calling me as they would be at least 50 miles away. Also it seems nobody posts there state plumbing license number on trucks here as for some reason it isn't required in this area. It is required to post it in the phonebook or direct advertising, (which I do), but not on trucks....I passed on it to save little money on the graphics, since no other plumbers do it either.
I may add my license number to the graphics at some point along with credit card stickers and a BBB logo of which I am a member.
Where's all your stuff?!!
I didn't take pictures of the shelving and inventory directly, but I have over 16' of triple shelving 14-16" deep, I carry 10 different faucets for example. There's also a K-60 which you can barely see the edge of in the side-door pic, along with 150' of 7/8" open-wind cable. Way too much inventory and tools on that truck to list here without turning into a chore.
I don't have any sewer camera or locator yet, but other than that I don't see anything missing in the way of inventory and tools.

Maybe instead of a ladder rack, you should get an interior ladder rack. Save on gas, less wind resistance and you can go in parking garages.

Maybe it will hit the curvature of the truck, but it almost looks like that ladder will slide right on top of the shelves with some straps or bungees to hold it down.

I don't think you want to see my truck yet, I know I don't like looking at it. Way to many things on my plate right now, but the trucks are on my to do list for sure. Yours is looking good, I'm trying to move into my utility truck from the other, for organization and gas savings.:D

The nice thing about not having a ladder/pipe rack is it'll still fit through the car wash.

Where's your license number? We have to have it on both sides and the rear of the vehicle.

my uncle just had thousands of dollars worth of copper pipe stolen from the pipe racks on all his trucks over night. since you are a service guy you ought to be able to keep 10 footers in the truck and save yourself the worry. oh and pm me if you need pipe/ladder racks. I have a few in the shop collecting dust i dont know what shipping will be but we can find out if you are interested.

Looks big doesn't it? My pinky can fit through the hole. The fragment lodged in a tube of caulking. Cops said someone was shooting a TEC-9 :scratchhead: (9 mm?)nearby. He didn't seem to be in a hurry to go find out where

Not a chance. The NRA has more lobbyists than anyone other than the criminals that run the insurance industry.
