Delta T/S Trim

Does anyone know where I can get Delta T/S Trim in Brushed Nickel or Stainless for the old type T/S valve? Before they went to the universal valve.

I have installed it before but am having trouble finding it now. I think (not looking at it right now) I need it with the valve mounted diverter.
