Do it yourself h.v.a.c.

I am a certified duct designer and sheetmetal mechanic expanding my business to a do it yourself h.v.a.c. service.We design it,fabricate it,order everything you need and you install it.Has anybody heard of this before.

I worked for a company that did this and it was a real pain in the ***. Most homeowners are unskilled and screwed it up. We used to get paid to go and fix it correctly. Great for more work but it sucked because it's just going behind someone elses bad work. THAT SUCKS!!!

I think it's the dumbest idea I've heard today. Most hvac problems are caused by improper ductwork so we're now going to have the handy homeowner install it?
