It looks like a Gerber diverter

Looks like Gerber to me too. Pull the seat, should be a 4 sided seat wrench. Sometimes it's easier to ID the seat than the stem.

I would say Gerber also but it looks like the put a repair handle kit on the spline .
Those handle kits are terrible always strip out
Home depot doesnt carry those stems around me I get them at the local hardware store as there are a lot of gerber faucets in a condo developement near me
