Quitting any way is hard. HVAC My hat is off to you for doing it cold turkey - The grunt and groan way.
It shows that when you really want something you can make it happen. W T G

Right about now I have a gut feeling she may feel about like the picture below.
Please hang in there as in about a month and I bet she will be feeling much much better.

Note: VASandy is not what's in the picture. This is only to show how I
bet she feels about now trying hard to quit smoking.

I folded....sort of. Well, truth is I haven't quit. I've cut down a good bit. Gum and patches only help so much. I appreciate all your help. It really does mean a lot. More than you probably know.

Thanks! Yeah...it'll happen. Stupid stinky habit.

If I didn't smoke, I'd've had that stupid pig Monday night. I got roped into the "Pig Scramble" at our county fair. Sure was fun! Got my hands on that greased up piggy but I got robbed by one of the other gals. I think Mike had a few seconds of terror thinking "OMG WE ARE GONNA OWN A PIG!!!" :D
