What percentage do any of you spend(of the gross)on helper or tech.fees/same with marketing?Or what is normal for your area?

I have read ,that the average is about 10-15%.I once did appx.10-15%.Just trying to get real world figures from real live hands on owners/operators.All Readers jump in ,I think this could be a topic of real interest.

I don't think that's unreasonable, I spend closer to 15% on marketing.
