Osborne Table Saw Miter Gauge

I've read good things about this miter gauge but I have one question. I have a Craftsman compound miter saw. Would the Osborne Miter Gauge be so superior to the miter saw that I would be justified in spending money for it?

I have an Osborne EB-3 and a Ryobi made Craftsman miter saw. My CMS is fairly sloppy....I can get much better precision with a good miter gauge, whether it be an Osborne, Incra, Woodhaven or other, but there are still times when the CMS comes in handy...like for long molding pieces, etc.
