I send in a Ridgid Cordless drill for repair first week of June 08. I was called for a receipt. I faxed the receipt on June 20 and again on Sept. 12. I am still waiting for my drill to be repaired. I am the owner of a electrical contracting firm. I will not buy or recommend ridgid drills in the future.
