Ridgid SSEP500 Sewage Pump Float Adjustment

I just installed a Ridgid SSEP500 sewage pump into an existing up flush toilet whose original pump failed. The old pump turned on at 4 1/2 inches. The SSEP500 turns on at 10 inches. This is too high and results in the toilet overflowing. Can the float on the SSEP500 be adjusted to turn on at a lower level?
