Has anyone used it and is it any good.

Hi I am using it at present and must say it is quite an useful piece of sw,
If you are running small to medium size of service business is a great buy.
not easy to implement though... but once you are in it saves you A LOT of time... so if you can afford it ...go ahead

Did someone use Wintac? Do someone have a comparison between Wintac and ServiceCEO? Currently I'am supporting ServiceCEO but it is not an easy to use system.
