Router Table extension for TS2424

I was wondering if anyone knows if the Sears router table extension fits the TS2424. Sears does not know, I know that the Benchdog fits, but the Sears model is about 30% of the cost.

I own a 2424 and installed the Sears router table extension on the left side.

Fit perfectly. Works great.

Lisa, I too own a TS2424 and installed a Sears router top, but I slid my fence rails to the right, leaving both wings in place and added the router top to the end of the right wing. Works really well.

Were you required to drill any holes to attached the Craftsman extension? I suspect it attached to both the wing and the rails? Great idea. Thanks,

Jamie, Re Sears router table insert etc. Nope didn't have to drill any holes at all.
