I was setting up my new miter saw per the instructions and after completing the second bevel cut through the zero clearance plate, it locked in a 45 degree bevel and I can't get it to move an inch. The bevel stop knob won't budge. Any thoughts on what I can do?
Make sure the bevel lock lever is disengaged, the bevel stop pin is disengaged and that the saw body isn't hitting the fence. I had to remove the fences for the 45 degree cuts.
This is for an R4121.
Good luck
