Where Can I Find Parts for Ridgid #20 Pipe Cutter

I am missing the washers/bushings that center the cutting blade on the Ridgid #20 pipe Cutter. I have mickey-moused something, but it is tricky to use. It is an old favorite.

Can someone tell me where I can find replacement parts?
