Does Ridgid make a different blade cover plate for the 10" table saw so you can use a dado blade?

Yes but they're very expensive. There are much cheaper solutions out there such as making your own or buying these (http://ttrackusa.com/zeroclearanceinserts.htm), or others that are similar.
