anit-scald not working

kholer anit scald not working right.hard to adjust temp and when tiolet flushs it scalds ...any hints how to fix or do i need to replace?? thanks for looking

Some shower faucets have a balancer that controls the amount of hot water based on the volume of cold. If the cold pressure drops the hot volume gets decreased. this unit may be defective and need to be replaced.

Some of the Kohler valves have a balancing spool on the back of the cartridge that will freeze up , they can be replaced . Do you know the model of the faucet ?
