Ridgid Warranty

I bought a brand new in box K39AF off Ebay a couple of months ago and the plastic around the auto feed just broke apart and now wont work right. Anybody know how the warranty works?

Probably depends on who the seller was. If it wasn't an authorized reseller of Ridgid products then most likely the cost of the repair will be at your expense. Most manufacturers consider product bought from eBay as used with the warranty non-transferable.

regardless of who sold you the saw, it has a serial number that can be traced by the repair shop, this will tell it all. i have bought tools on ebay, with problem two days after use and got them repaired no charge
