Is this jointer a good deal?

Not enough space for an 8" jointer in my one car garage so I am looking at an opportunity to buy a used 6" Ridgid, Model JP06101. The machine is 2 years old, advertised as "hardly used" and the price is $350 CDN (approx. $290 US).

That certainly isn't a red hot smoking deal by any means. If the jointer is in pristine condition then you'd be saving around $100(US) over buying new. You would however not have the coverage of the LLSA Program on the jointer if that is worth anything to you. If the seller is also going to throw in a set or two of new knives that would sweeten the pot a little.
