I recently purchased a used Ridgid Planer TP13002. I can't find a manual or much ealse for this planer. What is the deal, dosn't Ridgid still provide parts for this machine?

Does the TP1300ls use the same cutting blades as the TP13002, and what is the difference between the two?

The TP1300 and TP1300LS are the same. The "LS" designates that the Leg Set was added to the unit. The earlier TP1300, like the current 4330 did not come with a leg set.
As far as your designation "13002", I'm not familiar with that. Perhaps it's supposed to be "TP1300-2", in which case the "-2" may designate a minor change of some sort. (For example, on my TTI-produced Ryobi BT3100-1 table saw, the "-1" designated a power switch update.)
