There is no riving knife for a 3650 or 3660.

Bob Ross (http://shop.walnutacrewoodworking.com/category.sc?categoryId=2), woodworker and inventor of the Bolt On Ripping Knife (http://woodwhispererforum.com/showthread.php?t=1381&highlight=bacsibob) (BORK), has the Ridgid contractor saws under consideration at this time, but no functioning riving knives developed for that saw yet. You might try contacting him for a status update...he might even get you involved for beta testing.
