I just need to know what type of motor will fit my TS2412 table saw, preferably with a part or order number.

Do you have the old one? If so, I'd just take the old one to a local motor shop. They no doubt could fix you up.

Actually, I don't have the old motor. Otherwise, I would have just taken the part number off of it.

Of course you would............sometimes I wonder why I can't see the forest through all those trees. I don't know if this will help you or not but the Ridgid P/N for the motor is 826188.

I have a 3612 and the part number for my motor is 826187. M&D (http://www.m-and-d.com/ridgid_parts.html) sells that motor for $351.28. Just type that number into the Search box and the part will come up.
