I was looking at plans for a crosscut sled and there was many interesting ideas. Some of them are a bit large and I saw some complaining of warping (I live in coastal south florida where humidity is high)

I was wondering about the Incra Miter Express sled, it's on sale now as is the V27 Mitre gauge...do these two work well together? What's the limitations on the incra sled?

Noticed the V120 is on sale too....Is there a fence like the 1000SE's you can just add to these lower priced units?

Thanks

I don't have answers for you but have you checked out the incra site?
http://www.incra.com/

I really like my 1000SE...

Didn't see the fence separate anywhere but incra's site. Maybe I don't even need it...but the SE is $60 more, the V120 only $30 more than the V27...now is the time to decide :)

I will be definitely getting that Miter Express at $130 now...seems a great value.

bit the bullet last night and picked up the mitre express ($135) the 1000SE ($104), a 18" T-Rule, the Table Saw Book (both authors), and the popular mechanics guide to routers, tables saws, and bandsaws from abebooks :)

Ordered the Grizzly dial indicator/caliper set

Ready to get dangerous.
