My thanks go to Ridgid Customer Service and in particular to Jake Snarre, Product Manager. About a week or so ago I posted about my 10 inch chop saw being unable to lock and stay locked ( the bevel lock ) and Jake saw my post and indicated a new design for the bevel lock was made as they knew about the problem and shipped one out to me. I recieved it last friday and found it to be significantly better than the old one. I have owned this saw for about a year already and am on my 3rd blade. This one gets USED.
