3650 Dust Shroud - How is it?

Hi,

Can any 3650 owners post how effective the dust shroud on it is using a shop vac?

I have a 3612 and noticed the new 3650's have a nice shroud like the Bosch, Dewalt saws known to have good dust collection even using shop vacs.

If this worked, Do you think it can be fit on the 3612? It should be an inexpensive addon.

I've not cut a lot with mine but so far it is doing a great job. I've got it hooked up to a 12 gallon shop vac and there is little or no dust on the table top after a cut.

I moved from a Ryobi BT3000 which has a similar dust shroud. The design of the housing on the 3650 is more effective due to the location of the hose hookup. The BT3000 dust collection setup would get clogged up with thin cutoffs that would fall into the shroud. So far nothing has hung up in the 3650 setup.
