type of finish on bar....

I just re-built my kitchen bar (its made from heart pine).Would like to get opinions on types of finish.On original bar, I finished it with Minwax satin polyurathane, 3 coats , brushed on.Didn't like the look.Got a can of "Wipe-On Poly by Minwax,clear satin and Formby's Tung oil finish. Looking for a rich , low or no sheen finish.Any recommendations are welcomed. Thanks , Kenny
Oh, wood has been stained with Minwax red oak.
