Ridgid Correspondence

In the last year I have written a letter and sent two emails to Ridgid expressing my opinions on the poor quality of the extension tables on the TS2412 table saw. I have never received a reply from Ridgid. I guess Ridgid did not value my opinions, so I when out and purchased a Grizzly Jointer.

Curious, why didn't you just telephone them? They pay for the 800 call.

Many service groups would far rather use the telephone, because they can have a dialogue. Takes forever by mail.
