loud dishwasher drain

I have a brand new Viking dishwasher install over a double bowl kitchen sink...as it drains it is super noisy...gurgling in traps is so loud it can be heard throughout a 5000 sq ft home...any suggestions?

You might have the drain hose in the wrong position. Vikings have a specific height they want their drain.

is the drain going to an air gap and into the disposal?

or no air gap and into a disposal or wye branch?

how loud is the sink when draining?

is it the water flowing making the noise or the electric solenoid opening that is making a loud clunk?

my experience is the higher end machines are typically quieter than the low end machines.
