I have had the r4511 for about a month now and I am pretty impressed with the quality of the saw. However, I am very unimpressed with the blade insert. It takes 3 screws and a lot of fiddling to get it in and out. Changing the blade has become a real hassle as has inserting or removing the riving knife. Has anyone come up witha solution for this?

I got a zero clearance insert made by Leecraft from Woodcraft. It fits the saw perfectly, no screws just leveling inserts and a screw in the front and side to completely adjust it to the opening. Also has a finger hole and is one of the finest aftermarket inserts I've ever had for 23 bucks.
