Table Saw and Lathe

I have an opportunity to purchase a Jet Lathe model JWL 1442 VS for $700.00 and a Delta 10" Table saw with a 52" bed model 36812. Both are used and they want me to make an offer on the table saw. Anyone know the value? I think the price on the lathe is a little high but both machines have been well cared for.

Gary - Is that Delta saw a Unisaw? If so, and it's a full 3hp cabinet saw in good condition, it could have some value...~ $500-$1000.

Thanks for the info. It is a unisaw in a full cabinet. This lady was recently widowed and I don't want to take advatage of her. At the same time I don't really need another saw, so I don't want to pay more than its worth.
