Josh,
I know this is your baby and I wanted to say you did a great job. Anyone who has spent any time on this site knows Ridgid listens to the tools we would like to see manufactured. I am looking forward to many more additions to the line.
Mark
Josh,
Congratulations on your product launch. In software, I find one of the most gratifying things is seeing people use products you've developed; I hope you get the same sense of satisfaction from people generating value with things you've brought about.

Very impressive with what I've seen Josh and I'm sure more so once I buy one. Great job enabling Ridgid to be the tip of the spear with the plumbing industry.

Congratulations on the launch. Awesome tool.
I though about the micro today when I augered a commode. A piece of commode left over from when it was formed came rolling down the drain. Customer said he's had constant trouble with the commode since he bought it 5 years ago.

I could go broke buying every tool I want, mini seesnake, dvdpak, and the micro, to add to my seesnake plus, vcr, monitor, but what I have will do for now.
You've given me something to look forward to. ;)

Thanks everyone... There are a ton of people here who worked really hard on this one. I can't wait for this one to start getting out there. Should be some cool jobs people can get done with em that weren't possible before.
Thanks again.

Josh, the flyer has a small typo :o Call me and I will tell you where. The good news is that all the plumbers were distracted by the cool new tool to notice.
If the regular micro has a 3/4" head, why is this the smallest with a 7/8" head?

It is the smallest drain camera not the smallest inspection camera.

josh, now that you got this one done and can sleep at night.
i have an idea i would like you to work on:idea:
are you ready for the challenge:shrug:
get some rest and look at the nielsens ratings to come in;)
it's always great to look back at all the accomplishments you've done over the years. wait til timmothy and titus grow up and see all the cool products that you had your part in developing.
so what else is down the pipeline:D
keep them coming;)
rick.
Its sorta cool because you guys had a lot to do with this one. This started when people were requesting a way to look through toilet traps. We speced out something that would meet that need. Then after this started taking shape we saw an opportunity in small diameter drains. The cable design really opened up some new opportunities. Pretty cool stuff.
So you guys deserve a pat on the back as well. :D

I could of used one of these a week ago. Had a lady that had to prove to the inspector that some of drains where vented. Could of ran this through them and shown him the vents instead of tearing out the tiled walls.

Oh and I had a bit of bad luck today. I snapped the camera head off my RIDGID® SeeSnake® micro™ Inspection Camera. I need to get a new one now. :(

I think some of the earlier versions had kind of an "unwritten recall" on them.
Might be a warranty repair anyway.

Oh nice, it is an early one. Never seen a recall on them I picked mine up at Ferguson a while back.

I did the same thing a while back. Tried to shove it through a toilet. :o:o
I glued it back together and it keeps on working.

Just had a chance to play with this at the RoundUp. I must say, as a non-plumber, this is one cool tool - extremely functional, easy to use, and very durable it seems. I was very impressed. Looks like a lot of innovative work went into this one. Congrats.
We just launched the sonde version a couple of weeks ago.
