does anyone know why Ridgid 1822-U was phased-out?? What about the spare parts?? I had a customer the other day looking for the motor assembly, but then, parts are phased out too??

Michael,
The 1822-U was discontinued due to a lack of sales that made it increasingly harder for us to support the machine. As far as parts are concerned, there are some parts still available, I would suggest that you contact our nearest technical representative in the Philippines, Dennis Chua, he can be reached at 011-63-2-815-3720. He would be able to give you a good idea of what is and is not still available for this machine.
