Jake,

I think they got a little off track. :confused: The post started out about a RIDGID sander but I think it turned into a group rant about Ryobi. :rolleyes: They kept talking about "cheap" tools and RIDGID tools certainly aren't cheap.

Somewhat.

The sign at the shop did say won't fix Ridgid or Ryobi tools though. Im' a ridgid neutral person here. Since new tool purchasers like to come here for purchasing decision, I try to keep things as informative as possible. Pro or con.

As for Ryobi, I agree, they are a cheaper quality many times disposable tool versus Ridgid.
