R840011 drill won't turn on! :(

Hi there. New member.....just joined.
I have a cordless 18V 1/2 inch Ridgid drill that won't work when I press the trigger. I was wondering if it might be the trigger switch, or maybe the brushes are finished. Any thoughts on this? Any similar experiences with this drill?

It could be any number of things. All we can do is guess. The only way to know for sure is to have it checked out. How long have you had the drill? If it's less than three years, or if you registered for the LSA, then you should be able to take it to a service center for free.
