Hey guys,
I have noticed lately that the spindle (number 9 in diagram below) seems to bind a bit when I rotate the handle and quill travel is back at zero. As I rotate the handle and the spindle comes down, it starts to unbind.

It might not be the spindle, but I cannot get the spindle pulley off to see whats up. I am hoping that I will not have to.
