Toilet stub?

If I remodel my bathroom this winter do I need to worry about the new low flow toilets being built in a different manner in relation to the floor flange? Is the standard placement (I think its 12'' from the wall) of the flange still the same? Thanks!

If your rough in dim is 12" off the wall you are all set, anything else you will need to order a special toilet, eg. 10" rough or 14" rough
