I just wanted to let everyone know that I have completed building a Tool-Dock style workbench. I built the top with three layers of MDF and made a 24"x28" cutout (just like a kitchen sink in a counter) and a jig to make inserts. Works perfectly. My EB 4424 will have a new home and I will have more work surfaces in my small shop.

I too just completed a storage tower cabinet to hold the small seldom used machines. The Universal Ridgid stand the scroll saw was mounted to then became a mobile docking station/work bench. Makes eas for clamping small objects to for working on them.
this winter's plan is to face lift my site and update it...since I probably won't be able to afford heat this winter. :(

The OP hasn't had a post in 5 years, so I wouldn't hold my breath.
