air dried wood

I picked up 60bd ft of rought cut red oak that has been air dried for about a year. We measured the MC at 12-14 with a meter the guy had. If I put this in my basement, stack it and put a fan on it will the MC get low enough to be used. My basement is dry and the temp is around 67. How long would it take to get dry enough as I dont have device to measure it?
any suggestions?

To Air dry wood you need about one year ger inch of thickness. In our part of the world you want the wood to dry to about 7%. If you stack it and sticker it it should dry real nice and straight.
