I think you would be hard pressed to beat this deal if you are in the market for making or buying a router table.
Plus you can make your own inserts for down draft sanding table or mortising machine stand. Pretty slick.
Wish I didn't spend a $100 on the bench top sears model!
This one looks a little more like the router workshop guys setup.
