I stopped into my local rockler store yesterday doing my usual kid in a toy store at christmas time routine when i heard a couple of the retired generation discussing a magnetic feather board. What? For real a magnetic one? This i gotta see. Sure enough there it was. Being a Dewalt man, The yellow and black colored object jumped right up and bit me. It is about 6" long, and has flared polymer flanges that hold the material down and in!!!! Some of you may already have one or have seen one. They are $40.00, here in Cleveland oh. This looks like it could save a few fingertips for the not so cautious, or intelligence challenged. ( guess i fall into the latter) Just thought it was worth mentioning.

I picked 3 up. One for the table saw, one for the router table and one for a good friend of mine.
