Since Ridgid 1822-I has been phased out, does anyone know when will Ridgid come out with a 300Compact with Automatic Centering??

Michael,
There are no plans to launch a 300 compact with an automatic chuck. The 1822 - I is still available however, I am assuming you are referring to the 1822-U. This machine had a universal motor as opposed to the standard induction motor on the 1822-I.
