TS2424 Cast Extension question

I have a TS 2412 and I would like to upgrade the extensions to the 2424's cast ones. I see that they are listed online for $80. Is that $80 for the set or only one?

Should I also upgrade to the longer fence supports or stay with the stock 2412s?
