I have not been able to use the guides for my color compact they don't slip over the end. Do I have to dissasemble the spring or force it over?

Please email me at mfleming@ridgid.com with your contact information and I will send you the correctly sized ball guides. I believe that you have ball guides that were meant for a B&W mini.

What is the smallest pipe diameter that the seesnake will work in?

Thank you for your interest in our SeeSnake Cameras.
Our B&W mini camera head is 0.99 inch in diameter. This should be able to push through a 1-1/4" 90. Our Standard size SeeSnake is 1.365" in diameter and should be able to push through a 2" 90.
