I have replaced the armature and brushes and The motor wont start at all???? I am stuck :(

IF THE BRUSHES ARE MAKING CONTACT WITH THE ARMATURE then you should of had something, check the brush wire to the brush holder if that is in check the wireing to the switch, did you do a hypot test on the field. are the brush holders cracked.is the switch good.what type of machine is it . 700,535,1224,300,1822,600.
