Cypress

Would like to use cypress as a finish material for interior projects but am aprehensive as moisture content seems to fluctuate fairly severely, even in as dry an environment as Dallas,Tx.
Any experience with cypress as interior product, please respond with results, good or bad.

I've just finished building an entertainment center, made with cypress, just 3 weeks ago. The doors have already started to bow outward. I've learned my lesson and will stick with using cypress ONLY for outdoor projects.
