How long did it take users to be good in interpretate what the saw on the camera in a correct diagnostic ?

You should always have a "clear" picture on the screen. Never try to look a blockage..it's a waste of time. The line should be open & flowing - even if it is only temporary.
Also, no matter how much roots you bring back on the end of a cable, never tell the customer "that you got them all." In fact, you're like the lawn service - you're only mowing the lawn. The camera will show all the roots the snake missed - only to grow for future problems.
