TS2424 Blade Tilt

Whenever I tilt my blade & return to "90 Degrees", the saw does not cut square. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm going to need a little more info. Do you have to readjust the 90º stop every time or do you just keep cranking to get it to 90º? Can you get the machine to 90º at all? When you say it doesn't cut square do you mean the bevel does it not cut square in another way?

I would look to make sure there is no junk or trash in the trunions or on the bevel crank treads. Also make sure the treads are clean and free of burrs.
